Rennen International takes over

New York International Auto Show

Once again the New York International Auto Show was a great success for Rennen International. As always we came on strong with a variety of vehicles.  We had a wide array of vehicles with our wheels on display. Ranging from the brand new Polaris Slingshot to a custom widebody E46 M3 and for those that prefer American muscle; a 1969 Chevy Camaro equipped with an LS3. Never ones to disappoint, we showed up with a noteworthy lineup up of ten show cars. All three days of the auto show we were swarmed with questions and comments by thousands of show goers eager to learn more about the products which we have to offer. One of the most talked about vehicles at the show was the Slingshot at our booth. Once auto show goers figured out what it was (as most people thought it was a T-REX) they were taken back by the amazing fitment that our knowledgeable sales team set him up with. The slingshot is running Rennen Forged Concave R-55 wheels 20×9 with a steplip in the front and 22×12 with a showlip in the rear. After gawking at this reverse trike most eyes went right for the brand new BMW I8 equipped with Rennen RL-51 22×9/22×10.5 forged wheels. Next to the I8 was a beautiful ’69 Camaro that had fans of old school cars with their jaws on the ground. The 19×9.5/19×12 Rennen MV11’s fit the car beautifully and with our precise measurements fit around the huge Wilwood brake kit. After the Camaro we had a 2015 Nissan GTR on an air ride suspension with 21×10.5 21×13 Rennen RL05 that was done by Status Motoring. Swinging back around we had two beautiful Porsches parked up right next to each other. A 911 turbo equipped with Rennen RM6 steplip in 20×9 20×13 also put together by Status Motoring and a 2015 GT3 on Rennen M9’s 20×9/20×12. Following the Porsches was a custom widebody M3 sporting the new Rennen Concave RL-21 in a very wide 19×11 in the front and 19×13.5 in the rear. The car was wrapped in flat black vinyl equipped with HPF stage 3 turbo along with a lot of other goodies to make this car push around 850hp. Next to this monster was a car that appeals more to more of the VIP Japanese crowd, a Q50 equipped with AccuAir e-Level to tuck the 20×10 Rennen CRL-55 with on the car stunningly. Following up this VIP Q50 was two Lamborghini Gallardo’s one with our brand new Rennen CSL-3’s in 20×9/20×10 concave and the other with Rennen RL-54 in 20×9 20×11.5. Once again our booth was the main attraction at the show for many show goers. Thanks for all those who stopped by our booth to show their support!

Rennen R55 X-Concave wheels on Mercedes SL Black Edition 

Our friends over at M&D exclusive cardesign have truly outdone themselves this time. What started off as a stock Mercedes Benz SL500, quickly turned into a black edition widebody. To fit under this widebody they equipped this vehicle with custom made Rennen Forged Wheels R55 X-Concave with steplip. 20×10 in the front & 21×13 in the rear, with textured matte black face, red coated register, gloss black steplip and black show bolts. These forged wheels are wrapped in Continental CONTISportContact 5P 255/35/20 & 325/25/20. The SL500 was painted a breathtaking diamond white pearl paint with a black roof and several black accessories. But they didn’t stop there, a custom made stainless exhaust was made with AMG 65 exhaust tips and a modified diffusor. The interior is covered Lamborghini leather in red and black diamond stitching on roof, seats and door trims. The existing shift knob was replaced with AMG 63 shift knob and the start-stop button was moved to the dashboard from the old shift knob.

The Rennen Forged wheels are the perfect fit for this SL Black Edition Widebody. The colors they chose match the car perfectly and the sizes give it a nice aggressive stance. All of our forged wheels made from 6061-T6 forged aluminum, a material that is very strong and lightweight. This allows are customers to be able to drive their cars hard and still be able to park and showoff their ride.

Rennen Forged RL 18 Wheels on a Lamborghini Gallardo

Another awesome release by Rennen forged wheels on this Lamborghini Gallardo. The Lamborghini Gallardo is a true testament to Italian performance, styling, and ingenuity. The customer wanted to figure out how to kick up a few notches with this hand-built Gallardo, which produces a monstrous 500+hp mated to a slick 6 speed transmission. They decided to take a step further and work to craft a Gallardo that represents unique and bold styling with just the right amount of aggressiveness. Right off the bat they knew they wanted wheels which will be one of the biggest changes look wise and increase its performance without any modifications. Since Rennen Forged is known to be one of the best custom forged wheels manufacturers, they turned to Rennen Forged right off the bat. We will describe these custom wheels some more, but they also decided to do a face-lift, given a RSC front LP560 bumper to bring out a more aggressive look. The rest of the car is no different, with Carbon fiber accents in just the right places, including the side skirts and rear diffuser. Complimenting these bold pieces are a Supperallegra Carbon fiber wing, MA carbon door handles and mirrors. Attention was paid to a fine detail, with carbon air boxes resting in a custom painted motor bay. No detail was left unturned. If this wasn’t enough, aural pleasure is intensified with a Larini Full Race exhaust. All this is encompassed with a Matte white vinyl wrapped by Phenomenal Vinyl.

However, nothing represents a more bold statement than the Rennen Forged RL18 wheels the car sits on.  The one-piece, multi-spoke 6061-T6 forged custom wheel is lighter and stronger than other existing wheels of similar design on the road. They sport a custom black gloss finish that compliments the matte finish of the panels.  The staggered 20×9 and 20×11.5 setup give this vehicle the aggressive stance that flows with the overall theme of the car, one that is sporty yet sleek and sexy.  These fully custom wheels manufactured in the USA has made this already exotic vehicle turn even more heads!

Rennen MV6 E30 M3

Rennen forged has put a new twist on this E30 M3. When this car came to Rennen forged looking for wheels they knew exactly which ones would be the best fit. Rennen recently released their new line of wheels, the MV Series which currently has two wheels in the collection. The wheels on this E30 M3 are the MV6, which are a true directional steplip wheel with a brushed face and high polished lips. The heritage behind this car is outstanding with its huge following and racing background. Without the modern technologies such as collision warning systems, driving this car makes you feel more in contact with the open road. With a 17×9 and 17×10 staggered setup this rare color, hennarot BMW has a nice aggressive look and the performance to back it up. That original S14 motor was replaced with the S52 motor from the later model E36 helping the owner gain some quick horsepower while also adding an intake, headers and a custom borla exhaust. These aren’t the only modifications that were done to this car, the owner also had the seats wrapped in a beautiful black leather. The original headlights we removed and replaced with e code headlights, in addition also added an evo spoiler to increase the downforce.

All Rennnen forged start with 6061-T6 forged aluminum, which is what is used for aerospace manufacturing. This allows the wheels to be able to be lightweight without compromising strength which gives Rennen forged a huge advantage over other wheels out there with similar designs. Rennen forged wheels are made in the United States. With everything being overseen, this allows for the best quality control and enables their wheels to be able to withstand any rough roads.

Rennen International CSL 3 & 4 now available!!

Rennen International has just released the new CSL wheel designs, this line of low pressure cast wheel is inspired by their forged wheel line sharing the engineering and design technology. These wheels utilize all of the aesthetics from their forged wheel line to create a stunning reverse step-lip multiple piece look. All of the wheels in the CSL series are built to order, offering our customers with a wide variety of fitment for most makes and models.

Rennen International always has their customers in mind when they design and build their wheels, because of this they allow their customers to customize their wheels based on their cars. Most competitors don’t offer this to their customers; as most companies want you to build your vehicle based on the limited supply that they offer. Another great feature of these concave wheels is they are installed with real bolts. The CSL 3 & 4 wheels will be available in 3 profiles 20×9 (semi concave), 20×10 (deep concave), and 20×11 (extreme concave).
